Who made them, I haven't the slightest idea. The locations themselves tell us that these are ideas crated from the dark nights.
But there are other paintings, not of very good standard on various locations that I have come across.
I don't consider these as vandalism; there are people who want to express themselves, and these are the only locations where they find themselves ably to do so.

Those were done by local graffiti artists. My daughter who is studying at SMK Section 5 Wangsa Maju is doing an educational video on these graffiti artists for her KWN competition.
